Dr. Nikolina Milidrag

 Dr. Nikolina Milidrag is a Class of 2020 graduate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. She was born in former Yugoslavia and immigrated to Canada when she was 2 years old. She was raised in Windsor, Ontario, Canada where she got her Honours Degree in Biological Sciences with Thesis from the University of Windsor in 2016. She decided to pursue a career in dentistry because of its focus on patient care combined with the ability to effect change in a person's self confidence and improve their oral and general health. While in dental school, she took a special interest in working with pre-dental students through the American Student Dental Association, acted as an Executive Board member for the American Association of Women Dentists, and was a Student Ambassador. She participated in a Mission Trip to Guatemala in August 2018 where a group of dental students were able to provide free dental care to nearly 300 patients. She was inducted into the OKU Dental Honors Society and was the recipient of the Hanau Excellence in Prosthodontics Award, the Detroit District Dental Society's Excellence in Patient Care Award, and the Pediatric Dentistry Recognition of Excellence Award. Her specific areas of interest are crown and bridge and cosmetic dentistry. Apart from dentistry, she enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, and traveling with her family.
